HIGHLIGHTS OF MAY 19, 2004 ANNUAL MEETING OF THE SHAREHOLDERS

Congratulations to new Board Members Bradd Wildstein, Carol White and Carlos Sampelayo.

The Proprietary Lease was extended through December 2079.

Kevin McGee was hired in March 2004 as new Assistant Supervisor for CCR.  Kevin and his family will be
moving into the cottage sometime this month.

Two-way radios are being utilized by the maintenance staff for ease in communication.

The dumpster area has been cleaned up.

The striping of Rockledge Road has been cancelled due to the fact that it will decrease the number of
parking spaces (by eight).  Blue handicap parking spaces have been designated throughout the complex by the Town of Greenburgh.  The handicap spot blocking the entranceway to the pool will be relocated.

Negotiation of heating oil cap price of $1.15 per gallon has resulted in significant savings per gallon in our heating costs during this past winter.

Boiler #159 has been replaced.

The 2004 block party will be held on Saturday, September 11, 2004.  The theme will be a Mexican fiesta.

Holly Silvestri will be the Head Pool Lifeguard for the 2004 season.  All lifeguards will wear lifeguard- designated bathing suits for a professional appearance.

Residents were encouraged to join the Parking/Security, Maintenance/Landscaping, Finance and the Quality of Life Committees.
