HIGHLIGHTS OF THE
JANUARY 12, 2005 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COUNTRY CLUB RIDGE TENANTS CORP.
1.
Spring clean up of
the storage rooms will be done on or about March 15,
2005. Please be sure that your personal belongings are
marked and tagged appropriately with your full name,
building/unit number and the current year 2005.
Bicycles must also be tagged with the same information.
Any items not tagged properly will be discarded by the
staff.
2. Storage
Cages: All 30 storage cages have been rented. There is
a waiting list for storage cages. If you are interested
in acquiring a storage cage, please fill out a form and
submit it to the maintenance office to be placed on the
waiting list.
3. If
you have any complaints about your mail delivery, please
let Bob Voss know and also contact the Postmaster
directly at (914) 472-2126.
4. Nameplates
for the residents’ mailboxes and doors have been
completed. Please check your nameplates and advise Bob
Voss of any changes needed.
5. Laundry
Rooms: Let’s be courteous to one another and not leave
machines unattended. Please help keep our laundry rooms
clean and adhere to the laundry room hours of operation
posted in laundry rooms. For your information, the
hours are 7:00AM to 10:00PM weekdays and 9:00AM to
10:00PM on weekends and holidays.
6. If
anyone has any comments about the washers/dryers in
CCR’s laundry rooms, please send your
complaints/comments to Bob Voss. We welcome your
comments to help us improve the quality of service we
receive from Service Directions Inc.
7. Save
the date -- CCR’s annual meeting will be held on May 11,
2005. There are three seats on the board expiring in
May 2005. If you would like to become a board member,
please contact the board at “board@ccrhartsdale.com”.
8. Flip
Tax: As a reminder to anyone selling his or her unit,
there is $5.00 per share flip tax.
9. Parking
Reminder: Parking ordinance is in effect December 2004
through March 2005. Please obey Town parking rules.
Residents should not park on the newly paved sidewalks
on alternate side of the street parking days. Parking
tickets will be given out to all cars (residents or
non-residents) parked on the sidewalks. Residents are
encouraged to find parking at the bottom of the hill
where there are frequently spots available.
10. Garbage:
Residents are reminded to recycle their garbage
according to the Town of Greenburgh’s guidelines. Please
tie up your newspapers and light cardboard items into a
pile and place empty glass and plastic bottles into a
separate bag from other household garbage. The dumpsters
are labeled for proper disposal.
