HIGHLIGHTS OF THE
FEBRUARY 9, 2005 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE COUNTRY CLUB RIDGE TENANTS CORP.
1.
Condolences go out
to our employee Osman Diego for the loss of his father.
2. Spring
clean up of storage rooms will be done on or about March
15, 2005. Please be sure that your personal belongings
are marked appropriately with your full name,
building/unit number and the current year 2005.
Bicycles must also be tagged with the same information.
The staff has been advised to discard any items that are
not tagged properly.
3. Smoking
is prohibited in the hallways of the buildings.
When smoking inside your apartment, please keep your
unit door closed to prevent smoke from drifting out into
the hallway and fumes from seeping into your neighbors
apartments. Thanks for being courteous.
4.
We have
received numerous complaints from various shareholders
regarding cigarette butts being disposed of on the
grass, walkways and other areas on the property. To
those of you who smoke, and are disposing of your butts
in this manner, we would appreciate if you would refrain
from this habit. In addition, please do not throw
tissues, napkins, candy wrappers and other debris on the
grounds of the complex particularly in the parking
areas. With property values as strong as they are
at this time, it can only help for prospective buyers to
see a well-maintained complex. Thank you for your
cooperation in this matter.
5. If
you notice a problem with icicles in the gutters, please
report this condition to Bob or Kevin. This will help
prevent ice damning and water damage to the exterior and
interior of the buildings.
6. Please
note that disposal of air-conditioning units or a
refrigerator requires special procedures due to freon
regulations. Please contact the maintenance staff for
information and instructions.
7. If
you have any complaints about your mail delivery, please
let Bob Voss know and also contact the Hartsdale
Postmaster, Mr. Joe Bavosa directly at (914) 472-7164.
8. Laundry
Rooms: Please keep the entry door to the laundry rooms
closed during the winter months to help prevent pipes
from freezing and loss of heat.
9. If
anyone has any comments about the washers/dryers in
CCR’s laundry rooms, please send your
complaints/comments to Bob Voss. We welcome your
comments to help us improve the quality of service we
receive from Service Directions Inc.
10. Candidate
profiles will come out the first week of March. If you
are interested in running for a board position, please
submit your profile.
