HIGHLIGHTS OF THE AUGUST 18, 2005
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COUNTRY CLUB RIDGE TENANTS CORP.
1.
A warm welcome to our new neighbors 18-2A Frank
Iacobazzi and 143-2A Denish Sawant.
2.
Satellite TV at CCR. A 30% minimum quota of
interested residents is required before we can proceed with
the installation of satellite services at CCR. A
questionnaire was sent to all CCR residents on July 1, 2005.
Only 17 favorable responses were received.
3.
Hallway Painting. A final punch list
will be given to contractor for completion of the hallway
project. If you were not at home to open your door when the
painters came to paint the trim around the door, please
contact Bob Voss or Kevin McGee.
4.
Storage Areas. If you are interested in
renting a storage cage at CCR please call Roberta at Hudson
North Management at 694-2100 x24.
5.
The Board will not address anonymous correspondence.
If you do not sign your letter/requests, you will not
receive a reply.
6.
Attic Insulation. Attics of all buildings
will be insulated before the winter season. This should
help keep our homes cooler in the summer and warmer in the
winter and will substantially reduce CCR’s fuel bills.
7.
Window Washing: The common area windows are
scheduled to be cleaned in a few weeks. If you would like
to hire Luis Ortiz privately, please contact him directly at
914-494-849, or call Bob Voss at the office.
8.
Magazine Racks/Bulletin Boards: Individual
magazine racks will be installed in each building as close
to the mailboxes as permitted. New cork bulletin boards
will also be installed.
9.
Please be reminded that we are not all on the same
time schedules. Early risers and/or night owls should be
reminded to be courteous of their neighbors with any noise
transmitting activities, including slamming/closing of doors
and heavy walking. Noise travels from apartment to
apartment.
10.
If you have staked your garden area, please be
reminded that it is your responsibility to keep it neat and
tidy. Failure to do so will result in the gardeners removing
the stakes and cleaning up the area.
11.
The next board meeting is scheduled for September 22,
2005.
ENJOY THE REST OF THE SUMMER!
