HIGHLIGHTS OF THE OCTOBER 6, 2005
MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
COUNTRY CLUB RIDGE TENANTS CORP.

1.      Due to the dry weather there will be not seeding in the fall  -- the landscapers will seed twice in the spring.

2.      Landscapers will not be responsible for personal property such as; barbeques, lawn ornaments, private plantings, solar lighting etc.  These items are placed outside at your own risk.

3.      Radiator Covers:  Radiator covers are available to shareholders for purchase at the cost of $200.00 - $300.00. Any shareholder interested in radiator covers should contact Bob Voss.

4.      Late October all awnings and hoses will be removed. If any shareholder has personal hoses, they should be stored prior to this time.

5.      Bob Voss will winterize the front doors to all buildings as part of the heat conservation program.  Please make sure that doors are closed tightly when entering and leaving the buildings so heat does not escape.

6.      The Board welcomes volunteers for committees.  The following committees are available: Grounds, Parking and Safety, Finance, Maintenance.   Please notify _____________________ if you would like to join a committee.

7.      Seamless gutters will be installed by All State Leaf Guards.

8.      Laundry Contract:   (Judy, do we want to say anything about negotiating the contract?)

9.      The next board meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 3, 2005.
