the Board of Directors mailbox outside the maintenance office..

members should meet in front of the maintenance office at 2:00 p.m. The committee will
do a walk through of the property followed by a meeting to conclude at 4:00 p.m.
3. Fuel price as of April 6, 2006 was $2.11 per gallon. (As of 4/20/06 price/gallon $2.31)
4. When disposing of cardboard boxes, please break down and fold properly. Space is
limited in our recycling dumpster and it would be most helpful.
5. Spring clean-up of storage rooms will be done shortly. Please be sure that your personal
belongings are marked appropriately with your full name, building/unit number and the
current year 2006. Bicycles must also be tagged with the same information. The staff
has been advised to discard any items that are not tagged properly.
6. A reminder to all CCR residents that if you are buying new outdoor furniture this year,
you should buy only approved colors. Those are: forest green, natural wood, or wrought-iron sets.
Please help us maintain some conformity in the outdoor look of the complex. Thank you.
7. For your information, our porters are responsible for watering their courtyards. Residents
can help keep us green by notifying Bob Voss and/or Kevin McGee if you do not see
the grounds being watered properly.
8. The Annual Meeting will be held May 4, 2006 at the Sacred Heart School Gymnasium
starting at 7:30 p.m. WE NEED A QUORUM (51% of the shareholders) at this meeting
or the election of Directors will not take place and we must reschedule the election.
Please plan to attend or give your proxy to a neighbor to allow voting to take place.
9. Security: Due to the recent burglaries in our complex, the Board has increased the off-
duty police patrol to 36 hours per week.
10. If you see something suspicious going on in our complex, you may make an anonymous
report to the Greenberg Police Department. Our motto is "IF YOU SEE SOMETHING,
SAY SOMETHING".
11. Any shareholder interested in reviewing the preliminary NYSERDA report can do so in
the Maintenance office. Please call Bob at the Maintenance Office to schedule an
appointment.
