April 2007 Highlights
Board of Directors’ Meeting
Country Club Ridge Tenants Corporation

• The Board approved an updated financial guideline for new purchasers of CCR property.
  
• Our attorney, Charles Goldberger, will be reviewing the Verizon FIOS proposal for CCR and decision to follow in near future to all residents.
  
• There were no parking or security incidents between March and April.
  
• Peter Grebski is continuing to participate with the East Hartsdale Avenue Parking committee, in the hopes of improving parking situations within our area. He will address some of the issues at the annual meeting in May.
  
• New burners are needed for the boilers in buildings #35 and #91. Thermostat for boiler in #159 needs replacing.
  
• The results of the survey by statistical tallying performed by an independent committee on March 18^th and the summarization of all comments were submitted to the Board. These results will be sent out to all residents as promised.
  
• Updated business cards for Bob Voss and Kevin McGee have been ordered that would also incorporate their email addresses as well as the proper Fax number.
  
• Grounds committee performed a walkthrough on March 31^st.  Another walk is planned for April 14^th, in addition to a walkthrough with our Property Manager, Florence Sullivan on April 23^rd. A formal walk will take place with our property manager, our landscaper and a committee representative. Our current contract stipulates 4 required walks with all 3 participants.
  
• Aqua-Tech was contracted to maintain the pool and its operations for the upcoming summer season. Hudson North will be hiring lifeguards for the season as well.
  
• Next scheduled meeting will be the upcoming Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Thursday, May 3, 2007 in the gymnasium of Sacred Heart School on Wilson Street in Hartsdale at 7:30pm. Three positions on the Board are to be voted on and filled accordingly. Five shareholders are running for the election.
  
• The next scheduled Board meeting will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2007, in CCR’s meeting room at 6:45pm.
