The Board has continued to be involved with the Town of Greenburgh in attempting to rectify the alternative parking issue on Rockledge Road proper. The Board has also asked that the Town look into the problem of the clogged rain runoff drains at either side of the Rockledge Road hill.

The insulation work on all crawl spaces is nearing completion. The result of this work will improve the heat received by residents in maisonettes as well as other residents compared to previous conditions.

The open trench at buildings #21-31 is almost complete. The underground pipes have been repaired and insulated as per NYSERDA standards. The soil and path will be restored to its previous state.

Grounds committee had performed a drastic clean up on the hill, across from the playground equipment, minimizing many overgrown vines and excess of plantings, which has further defined the area and improved the growth for well established plantings already in existence. A further clean up will be planned for early spring 2008.

The next two boilers planned for replacement in the future will be boilers #35 and #91, due to their age and inefficiency.

New CCR Parking Stickers will be sent out shortly to all residents currently holding CCR stickers for their registered automobiles. After Feb. 29th, any vehicles not displaying the new stickers will be subjected to our CCR house rules on this.

Garage doors that have been in poor condition have been replaced.

Several projects are slated to commence sometime in the near future, sensor lights in the main garage, eco friendly washing machines, correction of the soil erosion and drainage problem around the pool area, just to name a few. All projects and repairs at CCR will start in order of priority.

Our current Committees and their chairs are as follows: Parking & Security - Pat Caroleo; Maintenance - Peter Grebski; Finance - Irene Barsotti; and Grounds - Patti LeBar.
